Tools: Core Based Meditation
The deepest peace is found by living from your embodied center
Core Based Meditations invite you to return to the deepest center of your embodied experience. As awareness settles into the Core, the body naturally becomes more grounded, the heart more open, and the mind more clear. Rather than living from habitual reactivity, we begin to experience the stability, vitality, and Presence that emerge from our deepest center.
Across many contemplative traditions, this center has been known as the Hara, Dantien, Kath, or Belly Center. While different names have been used, they all point toward the same embodied reality. These meditations gently cultivate a living connection with this center, supporting a deeper sense of wholeness, connection, and the natural unfolding of Thriving and Awakening.
The Core does not create Presence; it gives Presence a place to live.
