Awareness begins by noticing what is already here
Awareness is the foundation of Thriving and Awakening. These meditations invite you to rest as the compassionate awareness that notices thoughts, emotions, sensations, and experiences without becoming lost in them. As you practice, awareness becomes less about observing an object and more about recognizing the open presence in which all experience arises. This shift naturally cultivates greater freedom, compassion, and clarity in everyday life.
Some of these meditations begin with a focusing practice before naturally transitioning into awareness. As awareness deepens, we begin to experience ourselves less as the contents of consciousness and more as the awareness in which life unfolds. This subtle shift in perspective supports the natural unfolding from Thriving into Awakening.
Being Awareness Meditations
The ego gets lost in the stories around its identity. These are driven by thoughts such as, “Am I safe?”, “Am I enough?”. Being embodied, then clearing the mind of such thoughts, allow you to face the emotional stories that keep you in Survival Mode. This meditation is about being with the Nothingness that is experienced without the stories.
