Thrive and Awaken® Tip

We often try to define, explain, or control the mystery of existence because the unknown can feel unsettling to the ego. Survival Mode seeks certainty and predictability because it associates the unknown with danger. Awakening invites a different relationship with life, an invitation into the awe of the unknown.

Source is continuously manifesting as everything we experience. The stars, oceans, trees, animals, thoughts, emotions, relationships, challenges, and joys are all expressions of one unfolding reality. Nothing exists outside of Source because there is nowhere outside of Oneness for anything to exist. Even the parts of life we resist are still movements within the same mystery.

Awakening is not about fully understanding the mystery. It is about becoming more available to it. The more we release the need to mentally grasp reality, the more life begins to feel sacred, alive, and interconnected. Awe naturally emerges when we pause long enough to notice the extraordinary nature of simply being here at all.

Thriving helps calm the fear of the unknown, so we can open more fully to the mystery rather than contract against it. Through presence we begin to experience life less as something separate from us and more as Source continuously manifesting in countless forms.

Take a moment today to simply observe life unfolding around you. Notice the colors, sounds, sensations, emotions, and movements that are continuously emerging and changing. What happens when you stop trying to explain reality and instead allow yourself to be in awe of the mystery of existence itself?
