Use the Content in Your Teaching/Mentoring
The content of Thrive and Awaken® is available for you to use when you give presentations or if you want to supplement a class using the videos and handouts. For example, use the Enneagram course to illustrate the value each personality style brings to the workplace.
Do you want to help your mentees be creative? Show the videos on Ground & Breathe or Compassionate Curiosity.
Create Private Groups
Groups allow you to personally connect with your peers, team, or clients to support the Thrive and Awaken® journey. You can have private conversations, schedule zoom calls within it, and even invite Doug to join you. Here are some examples:
- Mindfulness in the office
- Using meditation for creativity
- Practicing self-compassion for caregivers
- Spiritual study group on awakening
Integrate Content into Individual Sessions
Thrive and Awaken® has resources you can suggest and integrate into your individual work. It has a variety of courses such as Thriving with Self-Compassion, Clearing Reactivity, and Exploring Thriving.
There are also many Tools such as Mindfulness, Self-Inquiry, and Complete Acceptance. Inspiration can be found in the Fuel section. For example, members share how they have applied the work in their lives.
