Thrive and Awaken® Tip
In Survival Mode, our basic experience of reality is one of fear, anxiety, and anger. These emotions protected our ancestors by alerting them to danger and forcing defensive action.
In Thriving Mode we learn to calm the fear, anxiety, and anger because they are unhealthy when habitually activated for everyday stressors. Using Thriving Tools we can replace such emotions with groundedness, calm, and clear thinking. As we calm reactivity our hearts feel safe to open and be more loving.
When we enter Awakening Mode there is an experience of being the Love. This experience makes love feel like our underlying nature—the nature of reality itself.
