A Core Reframe is to Embrace rather than Resist Reality
Do you Resist or Embrace life? It is natural to resist something unpleasant or not desired. We all do it.
However, resistance keeps you in Survival Mode. It makes you unhappy and it activates stress hormones that lead to inflammation in the body.
To Thrive you need to CHOOSE to Embrace what is and then be proactive in taking care of yourself or others. It gets easier as you practice it. Some examples to contemplate are below.
