Amplify Ground & Breathe with 3 Centering Methods
There are ways to amplify Ground & Breathe. Here is a brief overview of each. All three bring you into the body so you can be more grounded and present.
Experience What It Means to be Present...
Centering Method #1 SIMPLE BODY SCAN
Breathe normally in & out.
Inhale while scanning from your toes to your head.
Exhale while scanning from your head to your toes.
Repeat a few more times until you feel the peace.
Centering Method #2 CONNECT WITH THE EARTH
Plant your feet on the floor, barefoot on the earth if possible.
Feel the connection with the earth.
Take a deep breath and sense or imagine energy coming into your feet, grounding you to your source.
Experience the connection and oneness.
Centering Method #3 RELAX EACH MUSCLE
Take a deep inhale & exhale twice as long.
Feel your feet firmly on the ground, releasing any tension in your feet.
Scan each muscle group and relax it working from your feet to your head. You may need to tighten it first to get it to relax.
Notice the body as a whole.
