Fight, flight, freeze reactivity is natural and healthy in life-threatening situations. A version of this reactivity occurs during everyday stressor, accumulating in your body, keeping you in Survival Mode.

Clearing reactivity as it emerges opens the door to Thriving which allows you to CHOOSE how to respond rather than react.
