Estimated Delivery Times
All our articles are made to order, one by one. It takes more time but they’re unique.
- Orders are usually fulfilled within a few days.
- Shipping adds an additional 3 to 10 business days.
- Holidays (e.g., Black Friday to New Year’s Eve) take longer.
- We can’t guarantee shipping for a specific date.
Damaged Merchandise
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately (and within 30 days of purchase) if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and do what we can to make it right. Make sure you take pictures of the packaging and damaged item(s).
Return & Exchange Policy
To start a return, please contact us within 30 days of purchase of your merchandise at support@thriveandawaken.com. What to include:

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We accept most exchanges and returns within 30 days of purchase as long as the item is still in brand new condition, hasn’t been visibly worn, and does not have animal hair on it. Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges or returns outside of 30 days from when your order was placed.
Please note that return shipping is at your expense. All customers are required to purchase their own return label for the exchange. We do suggest considering using a trackable shipping service. We will tell you where to return the item.
Once you have approval from us, and you’ve shipped your return items, please confirm your shipment to us via email.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
If you received a size or color you did not order, that will be replaced at no charge.
If you ordered a size or color you don’t like, we unfortunately cannot reimburse or exchange that for you. Consider gifting it and reordering what you’d prefer.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Lost Packages
If the package was marked as delivered by the carrier, but you have yet to receive it, we cannot cover the cost of reshipping or refunding the order.
There may be cases where the delivery was made, but the package was left in an unexpected location at the customer’s address. Try reaching out to the carrier and inquire if any additional details were left by the delivery person. For example: “Left under the table on the back porch.” Also, if you have neighbors, check with them.
Course and Membership 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee Policy
Thrive and Awaken® stands by the quality of our Services and Memberships and are confident that you will be satisfied with your purchases. If, for any reason, you are not happy with our courses or your Membership, we offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee. Simply contact us by emailing support@thriveandawaken.com and we will process a refund for the full purchase price of the course or Membership to your original payment method.
