Thrive and Awaken® Tip

You are literally energy in motion. Everything about you is flowing. You heart, lungs, and nerves are in movement. Every cell of your body is exchanging oxygen, waste, proteins, and glucose. All 7 octillion atoms (7 followed by 27 zeros) in your body are in constant vibration. It’s extraordinary to consider.

Each thought is motion: emerging, unfolding, combining, leaving, and returning, leaving and returning. Every emotion blends with other emotions like an ongoing kaleidoscope revealing the richness of expression. For example, fear generates anxiety, which blends into feelings of inadequacy, that can lead to depression, which then reinforces the original fear. All behaviors include movement whether driving a car, playing the piano, or even endless scrolling on phones.

All of that happens in this Now which changes from all other Nows. Each one is dependent upon the preceding one and also informs the next one. You are Flow and Movement.

Although Flow and Movement are inherent in our nature, we try to stop it or control it. This keeps us in Survival Mode, struggling with what is, was, or we imagine will be.

Thriving Mode is learning how to be in the flow and movement. We develop the tools to navigate within it. Imagine someone doing somersaults on a trampoline. They’ve learned to use flow and movement to enhance their experience.

Awakening Mode is having awareness that we are energy in vibration. We surrender and become one with the flow. Surrender includes a full engagement as the energies of life—awareness, vibrance, presence.
