Our food, water, and oxygen come from the Earth. You are a part of the Earth.
The Earth and you are aspects of the Universe. The Earth and all its creatures, including you, came from exploding stars. You are literally stardust.
Another name for the Universe is Awareness. Since we are aware, the Universe is aware given we are an integral part of it. The Universe created the perfect conditions for us to exist and have awareness. You are an amazing unique manifestation of a creative Awareness. Wow!
