Thriving and Awakening Tip

Vigilance, worry, and anxiety are natural emotions but way overused and unhealthy unless we are in a life-threatening situation. These are all anticipating some danger. Consider how the danger our ancestors faced has shifted. Our danger has moved from being eaten by a lion to vigilance about receiving an email or text.

Our default is the vigilance of Survival Mode. It is literally wired into our brains. That will rule your life until you learn to Thrive.

Thriving requires you to release the vigilance and CHOOSE to be aware and proactive in a calm grounded way. You deserve to live life more consciously. Enjoy!
