Awakening includes a recognition and experience of being human and much more. Let’s start by recognizing we have more bacterial cells than human cells. We are made of elements that came from exploding stars, those elements continue to enliven us through the Earth’s water, food, and air. We are creatures of the stars and Earth.

Our trillions of cells are comprised of vibrating molecules and atoms that are expressions of fields of energy. We have the same fields of energy that make up the Earth, the Sun, and the whole Universe. Our fields are woven together with everything, so we are also energetic beings of the solar system, the galaxy, and beyond.
