Thrive and Awaken® Tip

It is natural for us to want to know something. This drive to know has produced amazing discoveries in science, technology, and beyond! It also allowed our ancestors to feel safe. Knowing who was a friend or foe was essential for their survival.

Although knowing something is essential for our development, there is also an advantage in not knowing. In Thriving Mode when we welcome not knowing something, it supports curiosity and discovery. For example, by allowing ourselves to not know, we may find a vacation spot or musician we love. Getting lost in the forest of life prompts us to find our way. See if you can allow it.

In Awakening Mode, we are at peace with the mystery of the Universe and our role within it. Consciousness is outside our capacity to fully comprehend, and that opens us to awe and wonder.

Discover the advantages of being lost in not knowing. Such open-mindedness also opens our hearts.
