Daily Practice

You are developing new ways of thinking, feeling, and behaving. It’s helpful to do a few things on a daily basis. Give yourself as much time as you need to build up a practice.

Do the Daily Energy Balancing.  If you don’t have time to do all of them, select one, such as Connecting Sky & Earth. This practice gives you more energy, balance, and resiliency throughout your day.

Meditate Daily.  You want to work up to 20 mins a day. Little time? Then practice for whatever you have time for, even if it’s just 1 minute. This will decrease your reactivity and provide the space to choose your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.

Contemplate and experience one of the concepts of Thrive and Awaken®. One option is to randomly pick an Inspiring Quote, Deepening Presence® clip, or some other feature that captivates you. Be with it for a few minutes and make a note to re-experience it through the day.

Remember to be grateful for yourself in showing up and doing this work. Let go of judging how well you are doing and have Complete Acceptance for wherever you are.

Share some experience in a group. Your contribution is important for a thriving community.  Enjoy!!
