There are lots of tools in this course. It is important to reflect and practice the tools to get the maximum impact from them. Feel free to pause the video, take notes, and develop a plan how you will implement the tools.
This course has 18 lessons, each ranging from 10 to 20 minutes. You need to complete each video before proceeding to the next. After each lesson is a “Quiz” in the format of summary questions to highlight the main points from that lesson.
Download the Self-Compassion Reflections. This will be a personal journal for you that will help integrate the work into your daily living.
