In this course you’re going to learn life skills that can significantly improve the quality of your life. You’ll learn what it means to thrive and how the qualities of thriving differ from surviving. You’ll have a chance to explore concrete examples of how to integrate thriving into your life.

You may be thriving in some areas and struggling in others.  This is very common.  Most of us weren’t taught in school how to thrive and we’re not seeing many examples of thriving in the news.  The media is dominated by examples of Survival Mode with a focus on violence, shootings, war, political differences, and the like.

An essential aspect of thriving is learning how to get out of survival mode by calming your reactive habits. I’ll review the steps we take in moving from surviving to thriving as well as the tools you’ll need along the way.

Thriving Tools allow you to develop a greater sense of control over your emotions, thoughts, and actions empowering you to make mindful choices in your life.  Choosing how to live is the essence of Thriving.  It sets the foundation for a greater sense of fulfillment and happiness.

Learning to thrive prepares you to awaken to your true nature.  Thriving creates a grounded, heart-felt, and clear-minded foundation that allows you to transform the ego to become conscious of its deeper essence.

You’ll have Reflections after each lesson to help experience and integrate the thriving concepts. When you are done with those and recorded any notes, make sure to click the MARK COMPLETE button after each lesson.

It’s recommended you take the lessons in order, but if you are drawn to skip to a particular lesson, you can go there.

Please consider posting your experiences in the Step 3 Group so everyone can learn from each other.
