Thriving Through
Self-Compassion
Self-Compassion is a necessary tool for your thriving. Research shows that Self-Compassion makes us healthier, happier, and more productive. This course has 18 segments, each ranging from 10-20 minutes. There are self-reflections and associated journaling built in. The videos illustrate the journey in developing Self-Compassion.

Surviving to Thriving - Step 1:
Recognizing Survival Mode
Survival Mode is natural. It’s wired into our brain and body to protect us in life-threatening situations. These survival reactions occur during everyday stress which negatively impacts your immune system, emotions, and relationships. Develop greater awareness which is essential in choosing how to respond, not react. This is Thriving.

Holding Environment
The Holding Environment is a field of love and support you can learn to provide for yourself that creates the foundation for Thriving and Awakening. It’s the capacity to unconditionally show up for yourself and others regardless of the circumstances. You deserve this!

Exploring Thriving
Thrive and Awaken® Steps, Tools, & Fuel teach how to embrace our Survival Mode reactivity, learn from it, and transform it into grounded heartfelt wisdom. This course helps you make that transformation by showing how to CHOOSE to think, feel, and behave using Thriving qualities.
