Self-Compassion is a necessary tool for our Thriving.  It is the ability to be supportive, accepting and nurturing of yourself wherever you are in the journey of your life.

Doug taught this class virtually and it is edited with lots of pictures and videos to illustrate the journey in developing self-compassion.

It has 18 segments, each ranging from 10 to 20 minutes.  There are Reflections during most clips that help you integrate the work more deeply.
